(2) Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, racism, affects racial and religious harmony, smears and ridicules racial or religious groups, creates hatred between races and religions, blasphemes religion or any content that may offend certain beliefs , Advocating heresy religions or cult rituals;
(3) causing people to hate and despise the government, and arousing dissatisfaction with the government;
(4) Creating or inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or infringing upon ethnic customs and habits;
(5) Inciting regional discrimination, regional hatred, age discrimination or gender discrimination;
(6) Disturbing social order, undermining social stability, and suspected of shaking the public's confidence in law enforcement agencies;
(7) Inducing minors to commit crimes, exaggerating and spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist activities or instigating crimes;
(8) Endangering network security or using the network to endanger national security or public security;
(9) Fabricating or spreading rumors, fraudulent information, false information, or misleading information, inciting, alarming, or misleading some or all of the public;
(10) Insulting, intimidating, threatening, harassing or slandering others by any means of expression such as pictures, words, or body;
(11) Spreading foul language and damaging social order and good customs;
(12) Conducting human flesh searches or involving others' privacy, personal information or materials;
(13) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to name rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, agency rights, trademark rights, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, etc.);
(14) Private, licensed, proprietary, offensive, intimidating, violent, incitement to violence, nudity, discriminatory, unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene or pornographic or Any content that is sexually suggestive, including any form of child pornography, softcore pornography, abuse and harm;
(15) Distributing commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information and junk information;
(16) Secretly photographing or recording others without the permission of others, infringing upon the legal rights of others;
(17) Content that contains terror, violence, bloodshed, high risk, and endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to the following:
any violent and/or self-harm, suicide content;
Any content that threatens life and health, and uses dangerous instruments such as guns and knives to endanger the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others;
Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may result in personal injury or death;
Death-related scenes: corpses, specimens, murder scenes.
(18) Use blurry or altered photos and videos that cannot identify you personally;
(19) Editing or adding or deleting other people鈥檚 photos and texts or adding or smearing text/symbols/information, etc., to damage the image of others or cause negative comments;
(20) related to gambling, abortion, weapons, sexual services, buying and selling illegal goods or drugs (even if the drug is legal in your area, illegal goods include but are not limited to: pirated goods, guns, tobacco and alcohol, live animals, etc. ) or other radical themes;
(21) Violating public interests, public morals, public order, public safety, and national harmony;
(22) Other contents prohibited by relevant laws, administrative regulations and state regulations;
(23) HighChat determines that it is negative content or other content that is not suitable for publication or transmission.
If the content you upload, publish or transmit contains the above information or content that violates laws and regulations, or violates the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you will directly bear all the adverse consequences caused by the above. If there are adverse consequences for the HighChat platform, you shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating the HighChat platform operators for all losses caused thereby, including but not limited to property damages, reputation damages, attorney fees, transportation fees, etc. arising from rights protection reasonable cost.

Prohibited conduct
You understand and warrant that you will not perform the following prohibited acts in relation to the HighChat platform services, nor allow anyone to use your account to perform the following acts:
1) When registering an account, or using HighChat platform services (including but not limited to uploading, publishing, disseminating information, etc.), impersonating another person or institution, or falsely claiming to be connected to any person or entity (including setting a false account name) or access another user's account), or your malicious use of the registered account causes misunderstanding by other users;
2) Falsifying titles or otherwise manipulating the content to mislead others into believing that the content was transmitted by HighChat;
3) Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit content that is not authorized to transmit (such as internal information, confidential information, content that infringes anyone's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, etc.);
4) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized "spam", advertising or promotional materials, promotional materials, or any other commercial communications;
5) Use the HighChat platform services for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without the express permission of the HighChat platform operator;
6) stalking or otherwise harassing others;
7) Participate in any illegal or potentially illegal (in the judgment of HighChat) activities or transactions, including the teaching of criminal methods, the sale of any illegal drugs, money laundering, fraud, etc.;
8) gambling, disguised gambling or providing gambling information or inducing others to participate in gambling activities by any means;
9) Use or exploit the intellectual property rights of the HighChat platform operator (including HighChat's trademarks, brands, logos, any other proprietary materials or the layout or design of any web pages), or otherwise infringe any intellectual property rights of the HighChat platform operator (including attempting to reverse engineering the HighChat platform client or software used);
10) By using any automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analysis tools, data mining tools or similar tools, access the HighChat platform services, collect or process the content provided through the HighChat platform services;
11) Participate in any "frame", "mirror" or other technology intended to mimic the appearance and functionality of the HighChat Platform Services;
12) interfere or attempt to interfere with any user or any other party's access to the HighChat platform services;
13) Intentionally disseminate viruses, network worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files or other malicious programs that interfere with, destroy or limit the functions of computer software, hardware or communication equipment, HighChat platform services, servers and networks connected to HighChat platform services code or project and other information;
14) Share or publish personally identifiable information of others without their express consent;
15) Explore or test whether HighChat platform services, systems or other users' systems are vulnerable to intrusion attacks, or otherwise circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) any security features of HighChat platform services, systems or other users' systems;
16) Decode, decompile or reverse engineer the software used by the HighChat platform services, or attempt to do the above;
17) Open multiple accounts for the purpose of sabotage or abuse, or maliciously upload duplicate, invalid large-capacity materials and information;
18) Conduct any behavior that undermines the fairness of the HighChat platform service or affects the normal order of the application, such as active or passive scoring, partner cheating, using plug-ins or other cheating software, and exploiting bugs (also known as "vulnerabilities" or "defects") To obtain improper illegal benefits, or use the Internet or other means to expose plug-ins, cheating software, and BUG to the public;
19) Conduct any commercial activities such as publishing advertisements, selling goods, or any illegal acts that infringe the interests of the HighChat platform, such as selling HighChat platform virtual products, plug-ins, etc.;
20) Maliciously slander and slander the HighChat platform or its operators, spread relevant remarks or reports that damage the HighChat platform or its operators, and incite fans, netizens or other online groups to maliciously attack the HighChat platform or its operators, regardless of your HighChat platform. Whether the account has been banned or cancelled;
21) Without the written consent of the HighChat platform operator, publish remarks about the HighChat platform or its operators on any news media, self-media and other platforms, and accept interviews about the HighChat platform or its operators, regardless of whether your HighChat platform account is has been banned or cancelled;
22) Deliberately or unintentionally violate any relevant laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and other legally binding norms of Singapore and the region where it is located.

Consequences of Violation
If you violate the provisions of this agreement, in addition to the corresponding penalties stipulated in other terms, you also agree to bear one or more of the following penalties determined by the HighChat platform operator:
1) Warning: Warning is only an educational guide for users who violate the rules of the platform, and it is a way to manage the operation of the platform normally.
2) Muting: Close some or all of the chat channels of the offending user, forcibly suspend the online chat function of the user account, so that the user account cannot communicate with other users until the penalty expires or is cancelled.
3) Temporarily freeze the gameplay: limit the service authority of the violating user, and restrict the operation of some platform services until the penalty expires or is cancelled.
4) Permanently freeze gameplay: limit the service permissions of the violating users, restrict the operation of some of their platform services, and never release or release them.
5) Temporary prohibition of login: The user account of the violating user will be temporarily unable to log in to use one or several platforms provided by the HighChat platform for a certain period of time, until the penalty expires or is cancelled.
6) Permanent prohibition of login: The user account of the illegal user will be permanently unable to log in to use the HighChat platform services.
7) Forced offline: Force the violating user to leave the current service and end the execution of the user's current service.
8) Account suspension: Suspend or permanently stop the right of the illegal user account to log in to HighChat platform services.
9) Bearing legal responsibility: If the user's misconduct causes damage to others or the HighChat platform or violates the existing laws and regulations, the offending user shall bear the corresponding civil, administrative or criminal responsibility according to law.
10) Dissolution of the organization: Dissolution of the user's establishment includes but is not limited to gangs, guilds, forces and other organizations.
11) Modifying nicknames: For the users, including but not limited to character nicknames, gang names, chat room names, group names, and other nicknames or names that can be named by users themselves, it is mandatory to modify them.
12) Temporarily restricting platform service behavior: The user account of the offending user will be restricted from using some platform services for a certain period of time.
13) Cancellation of transaction: Cancellation of illegal transactions and restores the virtual items paid by both parties.
14) Deduction of illegal transactions: deduct the virtual items obtained by the violating party or both parties in the illegal transactions.
15) Transaction function restrictions: Temporarily freeze the virtual items obtained by the violating party or both parties in the illegal transaction, and continue to investigate their behavior within the specified period. If it does not violate the rules again within the specified period, the corresponding virtual items will be automatically unfrozen upon expiration; if it violates the rules again within the specified period, the frozen virtual items will be deducted when the company determines that the violation exists.
16) Freeze virtual items: related functions of virtual items whose roles are limited to the offending user, including but not limited to the use, transaction, and giving of items.
17) Recovery of virtual items: For virtual items obtained by users due to fraud or other violations, including but not limited to virtual items, they will be recovered as part of liquidated damages.
18) Other punishment measures: including but not limited to confiscation of improper benefits (such as virtual items obtained by users through improper channels) as part of the liquidated damages, deduction of values 鈥嬧€�(including but not limited to experience points, etc.), temporary interruption of services, etc.

Content produced by other users in the APP does not represent HighChat's opinion. HighChat provides reporting and blocking functions for objectionable content. When the content produced by the user has a negative impact on other users, HighChat reserves the right to delete the content and block the user's account.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this Privacy Policy:
